Tag Change

When I was with Plus.Net a couple of years ago, Plus.Net/Force 9 hosted my web domain.

I now want to change the TAG to that held by 1&1.

Is there are particular address at Plus.Net/Force 9 that I should send the form too, or will the usual buisness address do ?

Hi there,

Is it a .uk domain name? If so it should be pretty straightforward for us to make the change for you. If it's an international domain then it's a little bit more complicated.

Yes, its a .co.uk domain.

Can I send a PM for you to do it - or does it have to be posted ?

The system is currently offline as Nominet have been making a few changes. However, if you go to http://help.plus.net in a day or so and search for domains, there's a page that will tell you how you can transfer your .uk domain name. It's the 5th one down. It's also down as per the Service Status message.

The only problem is I cant remember my Plus.Net username & password - its been a couple of years since I was a customer.

Yes it did - I hear it takes a few days to propagate through, so hopefully the tag will be updated later in the week.

As I mention to Chris, I had sent a recorded delivered form detailing it all today, so, if the tag's been changed, that letter can be ignored.
