I want the questions answered as much as anyone. But is it really necessary to bring it up and harp on about it in every single thread? Is it really serving any purpose or encouraging anyone to deal with things quicker? I expect not, probably quote the opposite.

I also don't think your interventions in this thread are in any way helpful and I must add seemingly very unsympathetic to the plight of those unfortunate to live in that area, so if "Sheffield Floods" does not interest you I suggest you refrain from interjecting other topics that I have to say have been well aired.

TBH in view of the fact that 3 people have died in the floods makes your comments very bad taste, and I'm so tempted to type something much stronger.

To put it politely your comments are just plain rude, Ive only been partaking of these forums again for a few days and your constant sniping is getting pretty damn boring.

This type of posting is a typical example of exactly why so many people I know, now avoid this forum like the plague.

I suggest you ignore the trolls, because some of us are interested in what its like over there.
The fact that this is affecting staff and services makes it very much on topic if staff are affected and PN is having to work on a skeleton crew.

Some of the pictures are very distressing. My heart goes out to those that have lost loved ones.

Plusnet's obvious aim is for the subject to go away. They want people to forget about, hence their stories about about Polish websites and Talk Talk and floods. PlusNet are trying hard to get their name out without the words "gaffe" or "incompetent" or "spam" being used in the same sentence.

I really do think you should drop this one. You are not helping anyone and making yourself out to be rude, thoughtless and tasteless.

You've got an axe to grind and are not helping those of us who really do want PlusNet to deal with certain issues but also adhere to our own codes of conduct.

Please, for everyone's sake, drop this one.
