My god man - You have totally lost the plot!!

How the hell can you say no spin and link to that? That has been written by an indpendant source that is quite often critical of Plusnet when they screw up. PlusNet will have had no control over the content of that article.

Yeah Im peed off that Im getting spammed to high heaven, and this has affected my accounts quite badly. Yeah Ive spouted off at them, but Im coping and its not the end of the world.

Theres way more important things that happen in real life -
Sorry* if I sound harsh but you really do need to grow up, put some perspective on the issue and get over it.

[edit]

*No Im not sorry actually, you need telling and I dont think Im being harsh.

In reply to:

I'm very sorry for that person, and they have my sympathy. However, for PlusNet to use this situation to try piggy back off to get some good press is far more contemptible in my book.

Piggy back for sympathy?

Seriously... you need to take a serious look at your perspective!!

i think any credibilty that he did have, has been well and truly lost. even after allowing for how upset he is about plusnet he has well stepped over the mark and i think he needs a short ban to allow him to reflect on what he has achieved today.

Anti-spin?

That's either an obscure Wimbledon reference or someone's been playing with protons and quarks today

Very true, hence why it would be sad. Links from this thread into other areas have proved very informative. There has been some great posts over on the community site showing some of the effects of the flood and how they're coping with things up at PlusNet.

Things are looking pretty bad over much of the North of England with parts of Yorkshire being hit very badly. Part of the M1 has even been closed along with people having to be evacuated from various towns and villages. The situation with the dam seems to have been stabilised thankfully, but the cleanup is going to take some time I expect.
