Dear Podster;
For your benefit;

I am amazed !!! , Do you appreciate the enormous pain and tragedy that the local population of the areas affected are suffering from? How dare you be so callous as to dismiss the families affected as though this is just a case of tough luck just because they are remotely linked to your complaint? Would you include the office cleaner too just because she happens to work for Plusnet? She had nothing to do with your problem.
Are you so shallow and ignorant that you can't see beyond your grumblings, and when something major like this happens doesn't you humanity kicks in wanting you to do your best to help the poor unfortunate? which by shear good luck of geography you have obviously escaped else I bet you would be the first to demand help and compensation.
At the very least you should apologize and wish EVERYONE caught by this your UNRESERVED SINCERE good wishes. Do that, be a MAN and you will find a little more respect than you otherwise deserve after your misuse of the word "Honorable", something which you clearly lack.
Whatever your commercial problems with Plusnet in the past, that was done and over with when you exercised your right and moved elsewhere. And when you wish bad luck for any ISP, you are in effect condemning the entire user base, non of whom have caused you any harm. Just let it go.
Finally, before you accuse me of being a hypocrite, my move away from Plusnet is purely because I require a throttle free package and I felt that the service had generally declined to what I had been used to, and I personally am not comfortable with BT's involvement, but I never blamed individual staff and always found their technical knowledge base superb. It is a purely commercial decision just like getting a new mobile contract.
Please don't try and twist the facts should you dare to reply without an apology.
Regards (Never the less)
