FSCS spam

Its a bit of a shame that the Plusnet spam filters are marking the emails from the FSCS regarding the Icesave bank refunds as spam. If any customers have their spam set to be auto deleted then this might cause them to lose out on a quick turnaround of their compensation package.

Thanks for the tip-off! Actually, I no longer use my Plusnet account for any correspondence that's even vaguely important (too many mishaps in the past). But I am expecting this e-mail, and curious whether I should by now have received it to my designated e-mail account (the one I told Icesave).

Have they all gone out yet, do you know, or is it being phased?

There's no option to auto delete any more, that was removed some months ago. It's possible that it may get rejected by Postini's blatant spam blocking but you can turn that on or off as required.

You may be interested in this post which gives details of some changes and improvements to the email platform.

I guess my point really was to warn people not to miss out on this important email because it might have been mis-marked as spam, rather than being an attempt to criticise the email system.
