Website Suggestion

The main reason I have for logging into the Plusnet website is to
check my usage. Is it not possible that, when logging in, the first
screen displayed is a summary of basic customer info - to include
a snapshot of the usage for the month to date?

I was going to post this on the PN boards but thought it might be more
useful here. I was quite taken aback by some of the rants!

Hi Meldrew,

There used to be a direct link to your usage stats when first logging into the portal but it was removed for one reason or another. Last I heard we were looking to put it back. I'll try and find out where we got with this.

I have the following link saved in my bookmarks, and it always goes directly to the view my usage page:

https://portal.plus.net/view_my_broadband_usage/index.php

of course, since it accesses your account you will need to log in first.

A link to View My Usage has now been added at the right hand side of the grey navigation menu at the top of the Member Centre pages.
