I've been unable to retrieve email from Waitrose (Plusnet) since yesterday around 3pm. I've got a ticket open and they've acknowledged there is a problem. No ETA ("try again later").
As would be expected with Plusnet's "open and honest" relationship with customers, their Service Status does not indicate any problem with email.
My mail client appears to connect ok but finds no email to retrieve. (I've sent many test emails to my account). Webmail gives a user authorisation error.
So that's 30+ hours without ability to receive email.
I've also requested my MAC code. They don't seem to be in much of a hurry about that either.
