Request Timed Out

I have mentioned this before, I think, but it is becoming increasingly
irritating!

Access to sites slows down dramatically and a tracert shows RTO.
The hold up in not necessarily at a PN router so not necessarily a
PN problem.

However, does PN have any say in routing or is it all automatic
and would therfore be a problem with anyone's connection?

It depends where the slowdown is. Would you be able to post the results of a traceroute to the affected server in here please? That should show any slow hops in the connection.

They do seem to be variable but here is the first tracert of the day!

Hmmm... well it looks like it's dying somewhere outside the network. Are there any particular sites that you're having problems with, or is it all of them?

Looks like it's dying in the same place. It could be a routing issue, but it may also be an issue with the site in question. I'll ask some questions for you.

It dies on a Sky Max connection too.
