My sync with Entanet was approx 7000kbps and I was getting downloads aroound the 6000kbps mark, so I had overheads of about 1000kbps
With plusnet I'm syncing at approx 3100kbps and getting downloads at about 1600kbps, it now appears to have an overhead of 1600kbps.
