Hello,
I've had the pleasure of being presented with a VoIP phone by my employer in order that I can man the phones while working from home. Now this all went swimmingly when the phone arrived and I connected it to my router and lo and behold I received calls on it.
This was all fine until the beginning of the week when I got a call from the boss on my mobile to say that my VoIP phone was going straight to voicemail. Checking the phone shows that it is no longer registering the line and hence it doesn't work.
Weirdly I have tried it on another couple of connections and in both cases it works fine. So is there an issue with port 5060 and using the VoIP phone, that is causing it to be blocked in some way? Or should I look around for a solution elsewhere?
Cheers,
Dave
