There have been very, very significant delays in handling tickets/faults


I agree there have been some unacceptable delays in responses, mainly on fault tickets, however these are much much better now and we're seeing less and less complaints of this.

So the delays are less, but is the quality of responses any better tongue

Personally I've had to give less feedback over the last 7 days than the 7 days prior to that, obviously that's just me and it's a very short term measure. The proof of the pudding is in the tasting of course and I hope that we see less and less examples of poor responses coming through.

One has to remember that Yorkshire has a language all of it's own so whilst we might eat the pudding they may well just taste it wink
