No! None that I know of, anyway!

That was a very interesting one where a single phase went down, and affected every third house. Yeah, I was one of lucky ones (again!) Neighbours either side were fine.

Nothing even slightly resembling chronic power problems, though. I thought the lights kepts flickering, but that turned out to be my eyes. Another damn thing that doesn't work properly!

Just with you mentioning the washing machine, I wasn't sure if you were joking. Wondered if you were getting power cuts or surges or summat.
