I think Matt has PMd you about this to try and find out what's happened, let me know if he hasn't and I'll chase it up.

Any chance Plus Net sent my old router out to someone else with my login details still in it??

This shouldn't happen as RMA returns are sent back to our warehouse rather than the office here and don't get resent.
