@orbrey,
were the speed tests the only things happening on the line at the time
YES
I reset connection at about that sort of time. I have Uptime: 0 days, 17:18:55 - from the time of this post. So about 9:30 (approx) Wed. 10th I disconnected/reconnected via router admin page. You can clearly see this in my BQM for that date where my ping time drops to about 10-18ms from 20-25ms which is always a good thing
Regarding my actual speeds they are, well.. SWEET
My BTW Speedtest's have dropped slightly but that is a couple of meg. however overall my actual results seem to be very similar to what they were previous to my connection reconnect..
I am trying to get a short video clip so you can see for yourself what I mean about my downloads failing..
I am going to install Snagit/Camtasia and show you what I mean..
I am doing my test download via Firefox and also in chrome.
The only way to describe is, when I initiate the download it connects and then quickly ramps up to MAX speed of around 8.1 - 8.2 Mb/s Then after around about 30sec's it's like a hammer is knocking my test download from Max speed right the way down to really slow then it just stops.
My browser throws up a Download error. Now I have only tested this with OVH test files. *During peek hours* so whether this is DLM in hyper-drive I just don't know, you would be in a better position to answer that?
However this is also the case if I try to download a Fedora 4.2GB ISO disk image for 64-bit PC..
This is the Firefox error:

Try again later, or contact the server administrator. |
I have tried to save to both internal and External HDD's on my System even to my SSD I have checked I have plenty of disk space. both my primary partition for the temp files and the destination save directory.
