You're still getting almost 15Mb below your IP profile, so I'd say yes to the engineer visit.

Lots of cfc errors at the faceplate, by-passed that with a filter and no errors so new faceplate, new BT modem and Plusnets new router turned up.

Re-set the line and this is the present

Obviously you should be getting rather more than 37.8Mb/s. Have you checked your line speed in the Plusnet Member Centre? It should be set to at least 51.6Mb.

I've been puzzling why you are posting all these results and think some are OK or getting better.
In reply to a post by LEEEVANS69:
Ok this morning it seems to be ok.
How is it OK?

Every time you post these BT tester results the throughput is all over the place while the IP Profile is fairly steady. Your issue is with the throughput.

When you do this BT speedtester you need to also look immediately at your 'Current line speed:' in your PN a/c and check that is not damping your throughput.
