I see nothing right in it. It helps no one to sneer at every cockup w/out offering anything constuctive. It's not as tho' PN is unaware of these issues.

You are obviously oblivious of the fact that you have excellent technical support. particularly the PN reps here, that are [jealous] knowledgeable of BB technology and directly address points raised with them rather than beat about the bush, reading irrelevant scripts and 'swap filters and clear cookies' stabs in the dark [/jealous] , that others on other ISPs would give their eye-teeth for.

I remember some sneers and snipes toward me in the form of "possibly we should run a table comparing BT to PN cockups" when previously mentioned. I stand by my previous comment, that despite a much higher number of subscribers, you don't see so many embarrassing connection cock-ups with BT - And yes, I know it's all down to BT OR much of the time, but it does make you wonder and it's not a very good advert. As for the snipes, I'm not really sniping, just having a little fun with those with a sense of humor failure I know will rise to the bait. You have to admit, that the better PN reps here, are all too often embarrassed by the incompetent advice given out by others.
