I have been with Primus for two years now and am on £5.99 line rental.
I don't have a calls package with them - I use 18185 for calls.
Broadband via Plusnet.
Mind you I am on a Market 1 exchange so Primus cannot supply Broadband.
No problems with them so cannot comment on customer service, but seemed very efficient when I set it up.

You seem to get stroppy nowadays when people don't get what you are on about.

I appreciate, now, how it is charged for.

Primus told me they could not supply me BB (LLU only).
Maybe things have changed?

An exchange can be unbundled and still be market 1. It is also still possible to keep your BT line with SMPF. I find you need to take what Primus say with a pinch of salt. As I said earlier, they were door knocking here last week making all sorts of wild claims about speed etc.

I take what *any* ISP says with a pinch of salt!
My point was that I do take line rental from them at £5.99 p.m. (which you seemed to be implying wasn't available in:

Prices in your link seem well out of date for Home Phone Saver, along with long tie-in and only via Broadband choices. Not a very honest claim for basic line rental.

Of course you need an ISP who will sell BB only to take advantage of that and if you are on an exchange that is LLU I don't know if Primus will offer what truly seems to be the cheapest UK line rental available.

I was not disputing that. I was disputing the cheapest line rental claim. the £5.99 is tied to a long tie-in and specifically via a specific referral site some time ago, Not on general offer on the site where the cheapest UK line offer claim is made. I am not talking legacy deals.
