No. Here's the question
Do Plusnet just rent the physical fibre and copper connections from BT or do they route over their own equipment at some stage?

The vast majority find it fine.


I'm one of those - had Plusnet Fibre since late last year. Tad slower than predicted, but that would've been the case with any FTTC provider. Much faster than the previous, sluggish ADSL we had. Quite happy with things.
