You should be able to log in to the member centre, find your 'ticket' here: https://portal.plus.net/wizard/?p=search then reply to it saying that you're not intereted.

Plusnet now got the info on their website, you have to log into their member centre, whihc is strange I thought they would have it on the front page.

Hope this doesn't mean even more capacity issues at peak times,?
And i ain't interested in having freeview channels that i have already which mostly broadcast repeats or repeats or something that i wouldn't waste my life or part of watching plenty of those channels on freeview I see no gain

No, the TV uses the BT Fibre Multicast platform. This means it gets delivered from your local cabinet, not over the link to the ISP. The only contention will be the TV taking a chunk of your line speed while viewing/recording the online channels.

The exception is Netflix and catch-up services, these will use your Plusnet broadband service just the same as viewing them on a computer or smart TV.
