I've also supplied the correct email address and so far got no email to reset my password - having said that I had to do that for another site this morning and the email took three hours to arrive, so I'm not holding my breath.
Mine was instant once I actually used the right domain. There was an initial oddity over setting my avatar (possibly due to two 'andrue' accounts) but it all seems to be working now.

Hmmm frown.

I just found an email timed at 17:08, long before my previous post. There was no way that was available to me when I posted.

Anyway, I clicked the link and entered my password as requested.

So it got queued in lithium for well over four hours. Tis to be hoped logging in doesn't take quite that long smile.

Of course, I now need to request again frown.

It was probably me trying to find out which email address I had on the plusnet forums.
So I simply submerged the lithium servers with password resets requests to every single email address and alias that I had.

Finally I got one the right one and got the password reset email to it.

New forum looks pretty sheet.
I'm sure once I have turned off all the notifications, signature displays, avatar images, popups and all the rest of the drivel it will be useable.

The email was sent at 21:00, received at 05:38 and, of course the "token" has now expired so I'll try again.

The new forum sucks. I much preferred the previous layout. It was so easy and simple to see what was going on.

Everything now seems to be all over the place; the font's too big and it looks as if PN employed some guy on work experience to do the whole thing.

Terrible.

We'll get to grips with where things are fairly quickly but the wasted space is annoying. Sadly it's becoming common in web site design and I think it's an attempt to cater for touch screen interfaces for the fumble fingered.

Ironically I'd be quite happy with it if the fonts were increasing in size as my ageing eyes already require me to run Windows at 125% scaling. Unfortunately all that seems to happen is that we get more empty space separating things :-/

I still can't get a password reset frown. Requested it a couple of hours ago but not come yet. No doubt by the time it arrives it will be out of time.

Does anyone know how long the "tokens" are valid for?

It isn't my IMAP server - everything else is coming straight through.

Nothing showing in the logs? I once had a problem with a friend when she wanted to send me a document and it turned out I'd blacklisted the address for some reason. Never did work out why. Luckily we both thought it was funny smile
