Indeed. Plusnet reported themselves to the regulator so they are clearly not denying it. Their staff would be sensible not to comment and have probably been asked not to. There is nothing to be gained from it anyway unless one has a wish to see them discomfited.

PN did wrong. They notified the regulator. They have been fined.

Given that their new billing system still hasn't appeared, I suspect it might not be "/end." and we may see further cases.

I think their "we'll do you proud" slogan should be banned by the ASA, Ain't nobody feeling proud after being ripped off

Perhaps they would argue these customers have, indeed, been done' in its common usage..............

It's the whole BT group in general which are crooked. BT are trying to charge me for line rental and broadband until 3rd of April even though my line's been dead for 5 weeks.

I'm also being charged £31 for the line being cut, even though BT said I couldn't migrate I HAD to totally leave as it was due to the price rise, odd I know but I have it in a official BT letter, so maybe all this will go to the ASA/OFCOM as well.

I would happily pay the £31 if I had requested the cease, I will pay it anyway but it stinks of coning - and they are all owned by the same.

So no surprise.

I've been a customer since March 2003 but don't remember a price hike.
