As long as they employ people with yorkshire accents to answer the phone then it is tick boxes all round, it has caught on as BT are now trying the same trick except with Scottish people.
I'd trust a northern/Scottish accent before any southern/cockney accent.

I replied to my invite within a minute or so of receiving it. I also was "rejected". I don't have Plusnet TV (they won't let me have it as I can't have fibre - but they know that), but I do have 2 plusnet ADSL accounts and 3 mobile phone accounts. Anyway, I have been giving them feedback for free for years (whether they wanted it or not).
If anyone does get selected, can they let us rejects know what we've missed out on? It's made me curious...

Hehe, I don't suppose it would have been life-changing, or even service-changing, particularly - but yes, nothing quite piques curiosity like being told you're not allowed in.

I rejected their marketing years ago. On the rare occasions I offered advice / ideas on how they ought to improve their products / services all were ignored.
They ain't interested.

I don't think I subscribe to marketing, as this is the first thing I've heard in literally years (other than the predictable annual stuff about price increases). I suppose, technically, asking you to join a feedback panel isn't marketing. I didn't resent receiving it - I just resented "accepting", only to be told it's a no-no anyway. An invitation that wasn't really!

I rejected their marketing years ago. I felt as if I should have, the other week, when I had 2 mail messages in about 18 hours, inviting me to consider using PN Mobile, apparently unfamiliar with the fact I cancelled PN Mobile just about 4 months ago, and now use Smarty.

Don't they just have to do whatever BT tells them now anyway?
As long as they employ people with yorkshire accents to answer the phone then it is tick boxes all round, it has caught on as BT are now trying the same trick except with Scottish people.
They once employed South Africants so not always
