Does Plusnet still send an end of contract email with renewal options and prices?
Anyone got one recently?
How long before the end of your currently contract was it sent?
In short: 2 months and 1 months before.
My contract ended on August 17th. I got my first E-mail on 14th June, subject "It's time for your personalised account review":
As promised, we’re getting in touch to offer you an
account review. As your contract is nearly up, we want
to let you know what happens next so you can make
sure you’re on the right package.
This one had a link to live chat to discuss renewal options.
And the second on 16th July, subject "Important information about your Plusnet service":
We love having you with us and wanted to let you know about the options available for you as your current contract comes to an end.
The second one also included "Here is your best price (in line with Ofcom guidance)" and a link to renew the contract on those terms; plus for comparison, a description of the best deal available to new customers (not available to renewers).
