Plusnet Reward Card

When I signed up for Plusnet they were offering a reward card, does anyone know how long after your service goes live they email you with how to claim the reward card? Has anyone had it where Plusnet doesn't contact you about it?

Probably best to call Plusnet Customer Options on 0800 013 2632 and ask
