I regularly use spybot Addaware and AntiVir , but i keep sending unsolicited messages to my contacts about diet pills and a link. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

Scans find nothing, i did however find a contact that i never added, i deleted it and blocked. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

That's all I can think. Someone's cracked your hotmail password and is just using your account to spam from another computer.

Maybe, idk. It's probably just a bot that brute forces 100s of accounts at a time and spams for a long as it can get away with it. Changing passwords with a bot might be too difficult to code.
