Barcelona virus

I used my flash drive in a couple of internet places in Barcelona last week and today my virus scanner zapped three trojans that had piggy-backed onto it. The moral... scan your removable drives whenever you use them abroad. The trojans all placed a file called autorun onto the drive, by the way.
One question - could these install if I'm running as a Limited Rights user?
