Unknown apps

I have found two entries listed as apps:

Under heading Coupon Printer there's beforeIshop.co.uk - which, as far as I know, I've never used.

And there's a separate listing for something called Hotspot. I certainly feel no need to provide BT with a free hotspot (if that's what it is).

Strangely, they don't appear anywhere else - but I can't seem to uninstall them from the apps list.

Any thoughts please?
