DP point cover missing

Sorry folks but I have no idea which segment of tbb to post this question so please bear with me.

Entering into the services room of a block of apartments, I couldn't help noticing the untidy state of the Openreach DP box with a missing cover, here is a picture of it:

How do I go about getting this box back to normallity? Who to contact and how?

To report any of the following, please call us on 0800 023 2023 (option 1): Damaged underground cables (typically caused by mechanical diggers in built-up areas) Loose cables or cables dangling from telephone poles. Damaged green cabinets or cabinets with open doors.

Damage to our network
Itís important that you let us know if you think that any part of our network (outside the boundary of your property) has the potential to be a danger to the general public. If you notice that it has been damaged, let us know by calling 0800 023 2023, Option 1, Option 1. You can also report unsafe Openreach worksites through this number too.

This could include the following:

Damaged underground cables (typically caused by mechanical diggers in built-up areas)
Loose cables or cables dangling from telephone poles
Damaged green cabinets and/or open doors on them
Damaged telephone poles (e.g. poles leaning at awkward angles, or poles that have been completely smashed to the ground)
Loose, cracked or missing manhole covers.

Looks like someone other than BT has been working on that box con as some of those joins/connections haven't been done by BT

The choccy block looks like electrician work.
