Comodo Firewall & Vista problems since last update

Anyone been having problems since the update last week? My wife's ASUS laptop started to intermitantly stop at the black screen and pointer, just after the update last week.

Although I'm not 100% that Comodo is at fault, I see reports of Vista problems on the Comodo Forum. I noticed that every couple of days the firewall updates, yet there has been no update to update since the 26th when all these problems started. (including the configering updates that crashed on us - see windows thread).

It just seems to affect Vista, my XP machine is okay at the moment.

Till it gets sorted, I have given her online armor free; to keep the nasties away.

Yes, I have had the update issue with comodo as well and recently when I tried to open internet explorer it would just sit there with a white background and the loading bar at the bottom not moving. I have uninstalled comodo and am using the windows firewall as a stop gap at the moment. The other annoying thing with comodo is the constant pop ups when you are trying to install software, even if you select the 'installing' option or trusted application....
