Using Virtual PC to web browse - safer ?

Or i guess similar products but Virtual PC 2007 springs to mind and is free

any expert opinion on how this copes with web nasties

i'd say it would safe your bacon so to speak - mind you if you added a link to your
virtual favourites it would disappear at the end of the session

its similiar to using a jail in linux I guess. Without a doubt it is safer not 100% safe as nothing connected to the internet is but certianly safer.

Virtual PC 2007 is painfully slow. Try Virtualbox instead.

I prefer VMWare but not the latest client - that's a shocker.
