Download Problems Big Time...

Had to phone Sky apperently on a Connect package there is no 10 days period to wait, My downloads are 350kb transfer and jumps to 10kb then 0kb then back to 360kb then 10 again then 0 again then 256kb... Its been reported to BT via Sky now, Hope they find some problem they can fix...

Techs tried there best to help me, but can't...
