Ordered Sat 3d Febuary

Router Arrived the following Wed or Thursday

Connection Due 14th Feb

Connected 14th Feb (Early morning)

1] Ordered on the 11th August 2007. Migrated from Tiscali

2] Router arrived on 16th August 2007.

3] Connection expected 28th August, Live on same promised day.

4] Yes, connected at the following:

Moved from Pipex (took 3 phones calls over 3 hours to get MAC, bunch of muppets)

1) Ordered Wed 1 March
2) Router arrived Fri 3 March
3) Due to be installed Thur 8th March
4 Activated 11am (ish) Thur 8th March

Enjoying 15.5 MB Connection

1] Ordered - 10th Feb

2] Router arrived - 19th Feb (I think)

3] Connection due - 23rd Feb

4] Actually connected - 21st Feb

I did a cease and reprovide from UK Online - service with UK Online stopped on Friday 9th Feb and I was able to order online with Sky the next day.

Oh, I also got a phone call from Sky while I was out on 24th to ask if I was connected. Later that day, received a text message on my home phone saying that I'm connected.

1] Ordered on mid December - migrated from NewNet for a bundled package

2] Router arrived 4-days later

3] Connected 11 days after ordering

4] Connected on the correct and stated day

It took almost 3 months and 16hours of phone calls to get connected

Skyuser.co.uk has a couple of users who waited since sept 2006 due to tie pairs issue !

I ONLY waited 1 month! no BB mind so it seemed like a year LOL
