Well I have decided (but a little apprehensively) that I am coming across with you guys. I know its kinda silly, (after all its only broadband..lol..) but I will miss MAAF.. they have been excellent from start to finish. And there "in house" customer service from Samara n others is excellent... MAAf really have got the "customer service" needs spot on!

But my decsion is based on cost (and pressure from my mother!..).. so I can only hope the migration transfer is trouble free. Fingers crossed!
I am fairly technical minded and rarely use Tech Support, so really I doubt I will have much need to call them, unless necessary (I have heard the Tech support is awful!)

I will be migratating over on my next invoice date from MAAF, 21st March and my MAAF service will terminate 21st April. So you guys have another Sky forum member added to the numbers..although I'll still pop by and catch up with my MAAF forum buddies..;0)
