Are all the staff at Sky dumb?

[link to this post]

Noticed my line changed today at 1pm - i was regraded from Max Premium back to Max Home, but i can still access my old ISP (Entanet).

I rang Sky to ask if this was my migration and if it was messed up, they told me i'm currently writing this from Sky. Now my ISP is Enta, my tracert is Enta and my router have my Enta login details but he insists i'm on Sky.

What is he on about? Fobbing me off?

Have you tried the Sky login?

If it is an ipstream connection there are times for some people during migration whereby if you change the username you can access both service providers (only one at a time of course)

Ok so i was mirgrated over - i rang sky again and was asked to reconnect (stupid me done it) and now i'm without a connection.

It really is a joke that they dont send the router until the line is activated - and the fact they wont even give you login details on the phone

You need to use the Netgear Sky box.

Just connect it up. It comes preconfigured with the required login information.

I learned that the hard way, on my Dad's connection, when he moved to Sky.
