Email limits

[link to this post]

Hi
Does anyone know what Sky's limits are on email inbox and outbox sizes and what is the maximum size of an individual email & attachment that can be sent or received. I have asked Sky and they referred me to their terms and conditions which doesn't say. I asked them in the first place because they talk about 'usage limits' in their T&Cs but don't give any explicit sizes.

I've never seen that stated on these boards; you may be better off asking at Sky User but it wouldn't surprise me if Sky didn't know themselves I suppose the good news is that if they don't say then you cannot be held responsible if you go over the unannounced limits!

After asking the questions nearly a week a go and receiving a reply referring to T&C's Sky have now come up with a definitive answer.

The reply is:

Thank you for contacting Sky Broadband Technical Support.
The maximum capacity of your mailbox is 100Mb per email account, and you can create up to 10 accounts.

The maximum size for any incoming or outgoing email, including attachments, is 10Mb.
