Just ordered SKY MAX

I gave SKY my MAC yesterday. I wanted to ask how long does it take for the order to appear on the BT Tracking website. Is there any other way to track the order online.

Does anyone have a 0800 number or a landline number for SKY Broadband???

The 08000512595 number does not work anymore..

Im sitting on the fence at the moment, keep us all posted on how the system works for you.

I have just got my MAC number but im a bit scared to make the move. My current ISP is great. But I stand to save �120 a year with Sky!.

SKY accepted MAC Code but then they said order got rejected because their computer thinks i'm already connected to sky. The guy said he gonna email BT and call me back tomorrow.
