Call now in Scotland,
"hi sir can you please confirm, all your details"
"hi sir im sorry I cant answer that question"
"let me transfer you to technical support"
Call now in Ireland
"Im sorry sir I cant answer that question as the mail
server is down"
explained only looking for server information,
"please hold sir"
"im sorry I cant answer that question as our mail server is down"
I asked Sir have you ever used outlook express before?
"No Sir"
I then asked may i speak to someone who has
"Please hold Sir"
Call went into hold music playing, then started to ring, answers
then line goes dead,
The call lasted about 40minutes which i payed for, without an answer,
no wonder support has a bad name
