What is giving you the Error 200? Where are you seeing this error? Presumably it isn't on your sky box. Is it on the router? Or is it on the PC (perhaps in Internet Explorer)? What exactly are you doing when the error appears?

EDIT: Try a search in google for sky "error 200" and you should see this link on the sky user site.

I think you'll find that only sky can solve it. For some reason your router is not managing to authenticate with the sky systems. Don't take sky's answer that it is to do with the satellite as it has absolutely nothing to do with that. Insist that the router is failing to authenticate with an error 200 and hopefully you'll get someone who can actually sort it out for you.

It is possible that the router has been sent out without the barcode being scanned into Sky's database, hence why it cannot authenticate.

So, as I said, only sky can solve it... I would already have assumed that their authentication database had a problem but no-one but sky can fix it for the op.

or maybe the router has been recieved and his live date has not been reached and he is trying to use it as he thinks it should work cos he has the router.
