activated 2day stuck at 2mb

as the post says, I was activated this morning on sky's LLU mid package, but my speeds are stuck @2mb is this normal for like a "training period" ? or should i be worried.? I'm syn'c @ 7104


edit: ignore my post it seems that somebody @sky pushed the speed button
