I have only been with sky since end September since moving from Virgin due to their pitiful service (It was excellent as Telewest).
My broadband (Max) downloads at around 2.5 which I find acceptable (with an upload around .66). My problem is that my download speed drops off over a few days and the wireless modem has to be re-booted which results in me again obtaining a good (2.5) signal.
Sky tell me there is nothing wrong with their service but surely this is not correct. Is there a known cause and hopefully cure for this situation.
