Got MAC code from Nildram and gave to sky.
They tell me it's been declined due to not being valid 3 times.
It was entered originally online and verified as correct with skys system.
Nildram tell me on 3 occasions it's 110% correct. Also emailed it via cut and paste.
Now i'm in limbo land as one tells me it's correct, the other tells me it isn't. And to top it all BT issue them and verify them, but they can't be contacted.
Sky tell me that if it's been rejected once it will always be rejected.
Migrated 3 times before and never had a problem, one of those was from nildram before.
I don't know who's telling the truth or maybe both are and it's BT's fault.
What can be done?
Other than cease and reorder.
