Correct, all web data, emails, phone calls inc mobiles etc all go thru the Echelon system and has done for many years, even before the bogus War on Terror

I would be surprised if the relevant authorities would allow ISPs to tie-up with phorm *without* allowing users the choice to opt-out.

That "opt-out" is a cookie that is checked by the code phorm injects into every webpage you visit, but it is only checked after their profiler has already obtained your data.

It is only an opt-out of them using your data which they have by then already intercepted for their targeted ads.
