worried about moving to sky BB now

i just tried to use their webform to ask them a question and it took 7 tries. it doesn't accept a [censored] thing. my address i gave it is valid (RM confirmed it - bit of confusion originally) but will sky accept it? will they [censored]!

if they can't get a basic form right, i'm worred about my chances of having a trouble free service from them now.

had to make it a complaint in the end as it was easier to send

1st ISP - Demon - Dialup
2nd ISP - Pipex 512K, then 1Mb
3rd ISP - PlusNet 2Mb, kicked off after being placed on the bad boy pipe
4th ISP - Zen 2Mb. no probs at all.
5th ISP - Bulldog 4Mb then 8Mb, now 18Mb
6th ISP - O2. 18-20MB, i think,

i was in a bad mood and wanted to vent. i'm all vented out nowblush
