How long ? .. Uprgrade from Everyday to Unlimited

I upgraded yesterday on-line from Sky Everyday,to Sky Unlimited. The order confirmation screen said that the changes should take effect within the next few hours and to reboot the router. I left it a few hours and then rebooted the router.

Whilst the MySky page when I log in shows I am now on Unlimited, my download and upload speeds are exactly the same. Nothing has changed yet and it's still showing the same speeds as it has done since I went through DLM last September.

Does it take a few days for this to settle down and be reconfigured (as I only upgraded yesterday am I expecting too much too soon). I assume Sky will press some buttons and do something to see what I can now get out the line by way of speed.

Yep, takes a few days. If you call them they will sometimes change it on the phone.
