Last night I had occasion to call Sky Broadband Customer Support.
I was pleasanlty suprised at the EXCELLENT service I recieved.
* Clive spoke perfect english.
* Clive was not follwing a script.
* Clive had good technical knowledge.
100% thumbs up.
I hope that our 45 minute conversation was recorded, so that it can be used as an example of how CS should be.
