I logged into their my sky and noticed this....

Download speed setting
Your connection has been set to a download speed of up to 13.3Mbps .
Upload speed setting
Your connection has been set to an upload speed of up to 2.6Mbps .
These line settings make sure that your line maintains a stable connection.
Does this mean he is now on a Annex M connection....
Also note this wasn't an account switched from O2 was started with Sky Jan or Feb 2014..
Any ideas?, and if so could he gain anymore upstream??

Also does anyone know if sky are making static IP's available to existing customers?
Would like to setup a BQM but IP keeps changing.
