I normally pay around 15 pound month for broadband and talk anytime. My contract expired by a week or so and I get charged 30 pound. Now is this the normal rate they charge you after 12 month?
Line rental is £15.40
Anytime off top of head is £5
Broadband is £10/month if you have no TV
So sounds right.
If you chase them and are happy to recontract for 12 months you might get the current £3.75/month broadband and also see the broadband drop from £10 to £7.50/month outside the minimum term.
