DNS over TLS/HTTPS blocked

Has anyone noticed that Sky has started blocking this? I was using Adguard DNS on my phone using secure DNS but that has stopped working a few weeks ago. Setting the DNS over HTTPS in Chrome doesn't work either.

No problem with Cloudflare DoH 1.1.1.1.

Tested on this site: https://www.cloudflare.com/en-gb/ssl/encrypted-sni/
