The Sky Feephone number is often asked for. I found this number at skyuser.co.uk

0800 051 2595

I am a happy and satisfied user of SkyBroadband Max and SkyTalk. However, even Sky Talk users are given that Premium rate number that many complain about. I've taken out my calculator to try and work out why. LOL.

The reason we give the 0870 number out is because we were asked to so that the users got through to the right department.

We have always given the 0800 number out, however you have a greater chance of getting through to the Phillipines call centre using the freephone number and then there is an instant barrier.

Broadband is option1. And I usually get a someone with a Scottish accent.

Only ever got through indian callcentre using the 0870.

0800 gets someone in th UK every time.
