Moving to Sky Max

I'm currently on Zen's uncapped 2MB package,and I'm thinking of moving to Sky Max.
Is it just a case of phoning up Zen and getting my MAC code then ordering Sky,or is there something else I should be doing?

Also how much downtime should I expect while it changes over?

Yep, all you need is your MAC and then giving it to Sky. Shouldn't be more than an hour downtime where both zen and sky are down.

Ok I've taken the plunge and ordered Sky Max,Hers's hoping it all goes smoothly :-)

Quick update,I have recieved my router already,and my activation date is the 29th of November.It's all going well so far.

Well I got connected yesterday( 1 day early ) and everything seems to be going fine,apart from I can't log on to the sky broadband home page with the username and password that sky supplied.

Does anyone else have this problem?
